Regulatory Reporting Accountant
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of monthly reporting data to the Central Bank of Cyprus.
- Preparation and submission of regulatory reporting to the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.
- Oversight and review of NAV calculations prepared by the 3rd Party Fund administrators.
- Oversight and review of interim and Financial statements prepared by the 3rd Party Administrators.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holder of a university degree.
- English and Greek speaker.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as work in a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- ACA/ACCA.
- Knowledge of Fund Industry preferable.
- Cysec Basic or Advanced Certificated holder preferable.
Trainee / Junior Risk Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Risk Manager to Real Estate and Private Equity Funds as well as Liquid products.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holder of a university degree – with a Quantitative bias.
- English and Greek speaker.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as work in a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- 2 years post graduate work experience.
- Cysec Advanced Certificate.
- Understanding of UCITS/AIFMD and MIFID.
- Experience of KIID preparation.
- It would be required to pass a short technical test at interview stage.
