Byron Capital Partners Ltd is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as AIFM of the JWP Enterprise Fund, a sub-fund of JWP ICAV, an Irish collective investment scheme constituted as an umbrella fund and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. The Fund, whose most recent NAV was Eur 155MM, invests, directly or indirectly, in Irish education assets, energy assets, social assets, tourism assets, and manufacturing assets. The Fund is actively engaged in acquiring, holding, managing, repairing, and maintaining properties located in Ireland with the purpose of maximising rental yields, minimising costs, and improving or extending lettable areas.
